Cubs vs. Brewers MLB Player Props Tonight: NLDS Game 2

My Cubs vs. Brewers player props feature three best bets for their NL Divisional Series Game 2 matchup tonight.
The Brewers made life miserable for Chicago's pitching in Game 1, and my MLB picks fade another Cubs hurler ahead of Monday night's showdown.
First pitch is at 9:08 p.m. ET at American Family Field in Milwaukee (TBS/truTV/HBO Max). I target two more Milwaukee player props in my best home run predictions today.
Despite these NL Central rivals splitting their 14 head-to-head meetings this season, the Brewers are far ahead of the Cubs in the World Series odds after Game 1.

- Andrew Vaughn Over 0.5 RBI (+250 via BetMGM) ⭐⭐⭐
💰 Best player prop bets for Cubs vs. Brewers Game 2
Our MLB player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.
⬆️ Shota Imanaga Over 0.5 walks (-182) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Milwaukee overcame its win-loss struggles in September by still finishing with the 13th-best wRC+ in the month. That was aided by its patient lineup that posted a 9.8% walk rate and struck out just 20% of the time, both of which ranked in the top five for September.
Imanaga allowed multiple walks in his wild-card series start against the Padres and has issued two or more walks in four of nine starts dating back to the regular season. And after the Cubs needed 22 outs from their bullpen in Game 1, I expect Imanaga to be given a longer leash than his pitch count of 67 in his first postseason start.
This five-star play still finds plenty of value in this wager that has 64.54% implied odds. Should Imanaga walk just one batter, my $10 wager would net $5.49 in profits.
⬆️ Brice Turang Over 0.5 runs (+130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Brewers left fielder Jackson Chourio left the team’s Game 1 victory after going 3-for-3 in his first three at-bats, as he felt tightness in his right hamstring. Even if he plays at less than 100%, I expect second baseman Brice Turang to fill in as the spark plug at the top of the lineup.
Turang bats in front of Christian Yelich and William Contreras, both of whom have a .964 OPS or better in 20 combined career at-bats against Imanaga. And I would not be surprised to see Milwaukee’s coaching staff use Turang’s speed when he gets on base, as the team ranked in the top 10 with 23 stolen bases in September.
Turang’s odds to score a run are as low as +118, carrying a 45.87% implied probability. But the best value is through BetMGM’s +130 odds, where a $10 winning wager would net $13 in profits.
⬆️ Andrew Vaughn Over 0.5 RBI (+250) ⭐⭐⭐
Milwaukee knocked Cubs southpaw Matthew Boyd out of Game 1 after just 30 pitches, as its six-run first inning was tied for its highest-scoring inning in franchise postseason history. With another lefty on the mound tonight, I am expecting big things from Andrew Vaughn in the middle of the lineup as part of my Cubs vs. Brewers player props.
In 62 games with the team, Vaughn terrorized left-handed pitchers for a .403/.494/.569 slash line and 41 total bases in 72 at-bats in that split.
Vaughn is a big reason Milwaukee ranked in the top six of the league in BABIP and wOBA against left-handed pitching in home games since the start of August.
The Brewers averaged 4.3 runs per game and batted .286 as a team with runners in scoring position in the 13 regular-season meetings with the Cubs, and there should be plenty of traffic on the basepaths again for Milwaukee’s slugger.
Compared to FanDuel's price of +210 at 32.26% implied odds, a $10 winning wager would net $4 more in profits ($25 vs. $21) by taking advantage of BetMGM’s generous +250 price.
See who else in the Brewers lineup I back to drive in a run with my best MLB player props today.
