Two of MLB's titans face off again on Tuesday, and we're offering our top Braves vs. Astros player props based on the best MLB odds.

Two of the early World Series odds favorites continue their series on Tuesday, as the Atlanta Braves visit the Houston Astros for the second affair in this three-game set. First pitch is expected at 8:10 p.m. ET (Fubo) from Minute Maid Park, with Reynaldo Lopez taking the hill against a struggling Hunter Brown for the home team.

Brown put together what may go down as the worst pitching performance of the season in his last start, allowing nine runs on 11 hits and one walk before being pulled with one out remaining in the first inning. Can he bounce back against the Braves' juggernaut offense?

Meanwhile, Lopez, a starter-turned-reliever-turned-starter, has been impressive thus far this season. He's allowed just one earned run across 12 innings, striking out 11.

Are the pitchers in for a long day against a handful of MLB MVP odds contenders?

In addition to our MLB best bets for Tuesday, here are our best Braves vs. Astros player prop prediction and MLB picks (odds via our best MLB betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Braves vs. Astros prediction

Ronald Acuna Over 1.5 total bases (-110 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

You're going to notice a common theme with these picks: we're fading Astros starting pitcher Hunter Brown. Really, how could you not after his last outing? If that's what the Kansas City Royals did to him, what will this Braves team do to Brown's middle-middle offspeed stuff?

Braves superstar Ronald Acuna has played well to start the campaign, but it's been fairly underwhelming by his standards. His wRC+ is just 117 compared to 170 last year, and he's still without a home run. Tuesday looks like a get-right day for the reigning NL MVP.

Based on the projections, this profiles as the best bet of the trio despite trading at the shortest odds. FanDuel's -110 price is still better than any of our other best sports betting sites, and Pinnacle - which features one of the most respected trading teams in the sports betting industry - has its Over at -124.

We're getting nearly 30% positive expected value on this bet, so be sure to use our exclusive FanDuel promo code before these odds move.

Austin Riley Over 1.5 total bases (+116 via BetRivers) ⭐⭐⭐

We continue to fade Brown by taking the Over on Austin Riley's total bases prop. Unlike Acuna, though, Riley is off to a pretty standard start to the season. He has two homers in 70 plate appearances, and his 129 wRC+ is nearly identical to last season's 127. And, once again, we're getting good value on this number.

All of our other best sports betting apps are hovering around +105 to +110 to back Riley's Over, but BetRivers is providing us with this enticing +116 price. Based on Riley's projections, we're getting nearly 18% +EV on this bet.

We've now taken the Over on the total bases props for the Braves' leadoff and No. 3 hitters, so there's only one logical next step.

Marcell Ozuna Over 1.5 total bases (+117 via BetRivers) ⭐⭐⭐

You got it, we're taking the Over on the total bases prop for the Braves' No. 5 hitter.

Do you like patterns? Do you like bullying MLB pitchers with your player props? Do you like cheering for baseballs to get absolutely crushed at the expense of the Astros? Well, if you answered yes to any or all of those, then you've come to the right place.

We have another pattern with these props, and it's that the hitters we've selected have evolved from lukewarm to mild-medium heat to the surface of the sun. Marcell Ozuna is so hot at the plate right now that he might secretly be using an aluminum bat.

Ozuna has seven home runs through his first 15 games, and his 207 wRC+ ranks third in the majors. But we're not going off just that data. Once again, the projections support this bet.

Based on Ozuna's projections for Tuesday, we're getting exactly 17% +EV on this bet. As was the case with the Riley prop, these odds at BetRivers are far better than those at any of our other best sportsbooks, which are hovering around +105 to back the Over.

Braves-Astros player props made Tuesday at 11 a.m. ET.
