Ohtani has gone seven straight games without a dinger, so as the kids would say, "he's due," right? A return to Chavez Ravine certainly makes backing the two-way superstar much easier. Ohtani's slugging percentage at Dodger Stadium (.624) is much higher than it is away, and home is where he's hit 22 of 38 home runs in 2025.

The opposing starter for the visiting St. Louis Cardinals, Gray, has also been susceptible to moon shots lately. One third of all the round-trippers he's allowed this season (15) have come over his last three starts, four of which came against NL West teams.

The Dodgers' star has a .714 slugging percentage with one home run in seven career at-bats against Gray, so if anyone takes advantage of Gray's struggles tonight, it could be Ohtani.
