College Football Week 11 Parlay

North Carolina vs. Wake Forest Under 77.5 (-115)

For all the hype around the high-scoring North Carolina Tar Heels and their terrible defense, just four of their games have cleared 70 points. Since their early-season 63-61 win over Appalachian State, the Tar Heels have not had a single contest go Over 77.5 points. During their five-game winning streak, the Tar Heels are averaging 35.8 points per game and allowing 24.2.

The Wake Forest Demon Deacons have lost two in a row, and they scored just 21 points in each game. Prior to that, they scored 45 and 43 in back-to-back wins over Army and Boston College. Neither of those games ended with a total in the 60s.

The Demon Deacons have had just two games go above 70 this season, and only their double overtime loss to Clemson went above 77.5. These two offenses can be great, but this number is way too high.

Boston College vs. North Carolina State Under 42 (-115)

Generally, when a number is this low, it is best to take the Under. And that is exactly what we’re recommending. The Boston College Eagles scored 31 points last week, but that result was an outlier compared to what they have been doing. Prior to last week, they had scored 21 points in three games, and they were held to a field goal twice.

The North Carolina State Wolfpack are coming off a huge win over Wake Forest. Filling in again for Devin Leary, quarterback MJ Morris threw for 210 yards and three touchdowns. He now has six touchdowns and no interceptions in two games.

Despite Morris’ solid play, the Under is the right call, because the Eagles can’t score, and they are about to face a defense allowing just 17.8 points per game. Even if the Wolfpack score four touchdowns, this one is going Under.

Navy +17 (-120)

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are coming off a 35-14 win over Clemson, which was preceded by a 41-24 win at Syracuse. They are playing the best football they have played all season, and yet, they are going to struggle with Navy this week.

The Midshipmen are just 3-6 this season, but they have been a solid play as big underdogs this season. They have covered all four times they were underdogs of 10 or more this season, and they even won once.

The Navy rushing attack has the potential to give the Irish defense fits as they are still in celebration mode after two huge wins to gain bowl eligibility. The Irish should win, but this will be a low-scoring game that is played within one possession for the majority of it.
