Ohio State vs. Georgia Spread

Georgia -6 is the consensus spread across the most notable sports betting sites, though FanDuel is the outlier here, clinging to a -6.5 but offering Georgia at -102 and OSU at -120.

The Bulldogs were better than average against the spread this season (7-6 ATS), and were a perfect 4-0 SU and ATS in games in which they were favored by fewer than 20 points. Perhaps more impressively, they outscored their opponents 171-65 in those contests.

The Buckeyes, on the other hand, stumbled to the finish line from an ATS perspective, covering the spread in just one of their final five games. That stretch includes a 22-point SU loss to rival Michigan at -9 and an uninspiring 21-7 win over Northwestern as a staggering 37.5-point favorite.

Ohio State vs. Georgia Over/Under

The Peach Bowl total of 62.5 is showing up just about everywhere now, though FanDuel has the O62.5 at -106 and PointsBet comes in at O62.5 -115.

Despite sportsbooks consistently baking Georgia's notoriously stingy defense into their totals, the Bulldogs still came in with a 5-7-1 O/U mark for the season. It is notable, however, that the Bulldogs converted the Over in three of their final four games of 2022.

Ohio State confounded oddsmakers in an entirely different way, going an incredible 9-3 to the Over despite regularly seeing totals in the 60s. The Buckeyes surpassed the number in nine of their past 10 games, with five of those games producing 70-plus total points.
