My Oregon vs. Indiana prediction for tonight's Peach Bowl projects the Hoosiers to secure another decisive win against a Ducks team struggling with depth in the College Football Playoff semifinal.
Indiana enters as a 3.5-point betting favorite, with kickoff from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta set for 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN). The Peach Bowl is the second of our College Football Playoff predictions for the semifinal matchups.

Indiana -3.5 (-108) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The last time these two programs played, Indiana announced itself as the best team in the country with a 10-point road win against Oregon. This time around, the Hoosiers are the clear top team in the country, ranked No. 3 on offense and No. 2 on defense by SP+.
With Heisman-winner Fernando Mendoza behind center, the Hoosiers should find success against an Oregon secondary lacking depth and leaning on youth.
And while the Ducks have Dante Moore, their offensive line left plenty to be desired against Texas Tech, plus Oregon is dealing with depth issues at receiver.
Score prediction: Indiana 27, Oregon 23

Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana: Anytime TD (+145) ⭐⭐⭐
Indiana is loaded at wide receiver and should take advantage of an Oregon secondary starting three freshmen.
The best value to find the end zone among the Hoosiers' trio of star pass catchers is Omar Cooper Jr., who I'm shocked is priced longer than Elijah Sarratt (-105). The junior leads Indiana in targets (79), receiving yards (849), and total TDs (13).
Cooper's ability after the catch - he's fifth in the country in forced missed tackles on receptions (24) - has turned him into a big-play threat every time he touches the ball. He's scored in 10 of his 12 games this season, including five straight.
It doesn't hurt to have the country's best passer throwing to him, either. Mendoza leads the nation in TD passes (36), ranks No. 2 in QBR (89.5), and sits top 10 in both adjusted completion rate (79.6%) and big-time throw rate (6.7%).
⚪️ Two-headed monster in the backfield
While Oregon's secondary has questions, the Ducks have been more susceptible against the run this season, and both the Hoosiers' top running backs are poised to find success in the Peach Bowl.
Both Roman Hemby and Kaelon Black are priced at +115 to score against Oregon, after both scored in the quarterfinal win against Alabama while combining for 188 rushing yards on 33 attempts.
Hemby and Black are the unsung heroes of Indiana's success this season, with the duo ranking top two on the team in touches and scrimmage yards while combining for 15 TDs. An SGP at DraftKings for both to score has +380 odds.
