💰 Best Northwestern vs. USC player props

⬇️ Makai Lemon player prop: Under 89.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Prior to last week’s game at Nebraska, USC wide receiver Makai Lemon had a team-high 48 receptions, 758 receiving yards and six touchdowns. Lemon’s current numbers: 50 receptions, 776 yards and six touchdowns. Yep, Lemon produced just two catches for 18 yards against the Cornhuskers, who field the nation’s No. 2-ranked pass defense.

Now Lemon faces the 13th-best secondary in the country. Through eight games, Northwestern has allowed just one pass catcher to eclipse 73 yards. That was Penn State’s Devonte Ross, who had 115 yards — 67 of which came on a broken play. It’s going to be another difficult night for Lemon, who has just six catches in his last two games (after recording 28 in his previous three).

⬆️ Caleb Komolafe player prop: Over 71.5 rushing yards (-117) ⭐⭐⭐

In its first four games, USC’s defense held opponents to 92.5 rushing yards per contest, with a high of 142 by Georgia Southern. In the last four against Illinois, Michigan, Notre Dame and Nebraska, that same defense surrendered an average of 193.3 rushing yards.

During this stretch, six opposing ball carriers compiled at least 59 yards — with Notre Dame’s Jeremiyah Love and Nebraska’s Emmett Johnson racking up a combined 393 yards in the last two weeks. Now here comes Northwestern’s Caleb Komolafe and his team-high 608 ground yards. The junior running back has topped 70 yards in four of his last five outings — including a career-high 125 in the Wildcats’ most recent game versus Nebraska.

Tail this Northwestern vs. USC prop at Caesars. The -114 odds carry a 53.92% implied win probability, with a winning $10 wager paying $8.55.

6️⃣ Best Northwestern vs. USC touchdown scorer bet

🔥 Jayden Maiava TD pick: Anytime touchdown scorer (+155) ⭐⭐

With USC’s leading rusher Waymond Jordan (ankle injury) still sidelined, King Miller once again will handle the backfield chores. Miller scored last week at Nebraska, and is second on the team in rushing yards (509) and touchdowns (four). However, his odds to score Friday night are through the roof.

Jayden Maiava, on the other hand, is plus-money to get in the end zone, which he did for the fifth time last week against the Cornhuskers. That’s right: The Trojans’ quarterback has one more rushing score than Miller. What about the Wildcats’ defense? It allowed three rushing TDs to Penn State in Week 7 and two to Nebraska’s Emmett Johnson in Week 9.

Play this Northwestern vs. USC prop at FanDuel, whose +155 price beats the rest of the market. The implied win probability is 39.22%. Profit on a successful $10 bet: $15.50.
