With a loaded college football weekday slate in Week 10, we're breaking down our favorite player prop bets and TD picks for the weekday action.

The great thing about college football is that there always seems to be a game on, regardless of the day of the week. Our college football player prop bets and TD scorer predictions back some of the best playmakers taking the field for weekday matchups early in Week 10.

My favorite college football picks for the weekday games include backing a Group of Six QB trying to lead his team to the College Football Playoff, two of the best G6 running backs, and a breakout QB at a program that was left for dead, as part of our college football predictions for Week 10.

💰 Best college player prop bets for Tuesday

Our college football player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.

⬆️ Alonza Barnett III, QB, James Madison: Over 1.5 passing TDs (+116) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only G6 program outside of the American Conference that has College Football Playoff odds shorter than +1000 is James Madison. That's due in large part to Bob Chesney's dominant defense, but it sure does help that he has one of the most dynamic QBs in the country. Coming off a torn ACL last year, Alonza Barnett III has found his stride after a slow start to the season.

Barnett has accounted for 18 total touchdowns this season, with a whopping nine coming in his last two games. A dual-threat, Barnett ran for four touchdowns in his previous game, which is why he's as short as -250 at our best college football betting sites to run one in.

So instead, I'm backing Barnett to throw at least two touchdowns for the third straight game against a Texas State defense that's No. 95 in EPA per pass and has given up 13 passing TDs in six FBS games. If Barnett throws Over 2.5 TDs, a $10 bet pays an $11.60 profit.

👑 Barnett bonanza

If you really want to take advantage of Barnett's dynamic ability, you can parlay the Over on his TD passes (1.5) and his anytime TD odds (-250) at FanDuel at +194. And if you think he can go for two through the air and two on the ground, a parlay at FanDuel pays a $50.60 profit on a $10 bet if he accomplishes the feat for a second straight game. Our Mike Spector recommended taking Barnett to score 2-plus TDs in his James Madison vs. Texas State prediction.

🔥 Gabriel Benyard, WR, Kennesaw State: Anytime TD (+100) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the coolest stories in college football this season has been Kennesaw State's turnaround in its second season at the FBS level. First-year head coach Jerry Mack has completely reinvigorated this program and has the Owls on a five-game winning streak. One of the biggest keys to Kennesaw State's play has been Gabriel Benyard, their do-it-all offensive weapon.

A converted running back, Benyard is top 10 in the Conference USA in YAC (179) and yards per route run (2.69), making him a threat with the ball in his hands or vertically. Against a UTEP team that's given up 27-plus points in four of six FBS games, Benyard should have every opportunity to score.

With odds as short as -175 to score at some of our other best sports betting sites, implying a 63.64% probability he will, this is a must-play at FanDuel, where a $10 bet pays a $10 profit. Our Matt Jacob is also bullish on the Owls in his UTEP vs. Kennesaw State prediction.

💰 Best college player prop bets for Wednesday

🔥 Cam Cook, RB, Jacksonville State: 2+ TDs (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I know what you're thinking, minus money odds for a Conference USA running back to score two touchdowns can't possibly be a good play, but just trust me on this one. Nobody in the country can stop Jacksonville State's Cam Cook, so I don't expect that to change against a Middle Tennessee defense that's ranked No. 123 by SP+.

The TCU transfer leads the nation in rushing yards (949), sits No. 2 in rushing yards after contact (649) and forced missed tackles (60), and ranks No. 7 in rushing TDs (10). In his last game against Delaware, I got him at plus-money to score twice (+155) but was too cowardly to back him to score three, which of course he then managed to do against the Fightin' Blue Hens.

I'm once again playing it kind of safe with these -110 odds paying a $9.09 profit if he scores at least two touchdowns for the fourth time in five games, but if you're braver than me, you can get him at +300 via bet365 to score a hat trick against Middle Tennessee on Weekday CUSA.

⬆️ Kejon Owens, RB, FIU: Over 93.5 rushing yards (-114)

My two favorite Weekday CUSA bets so far this season are taking Cook to score touchdowns and Kejon Owens to hit the Over on his rushing yards. The FIU star has been putting together his best season and running like a fireball in honor of Pitbull, aka Mr. 305, who bought the naming rights at the Panthers football stadium for reasons nobody seems to fully understand.

Regardless, Owens will have Missouri State's defense goin' down and yellin' timber on Wednesday night. The Bears are just No. 82 in EPA per rush on defense and are ranked No. 112 on that side of the ball by SP+.

Meanwhile, Owens has been on a tear lately, averaging 180.5 rushing yards on 21 carries in his two Weekday CUSA games in October against Western Kentucky and Kennesaw State. He's top 10 in the country in rushing yards (824) and rushing yards after contact per carry (4.68). If he clears this number again, a $10 bet pays an $8.77 profit.

💰 Best college player prop bets for Thursday

🔥 Carlos Del Rio-Wilson, QB, Marshall: 2+ TDs (+250)

It's insane that Marshall has a winning record in Tony Gibson's first year at the helm after the roster turnover the Thundering Herd dealt with when decision makers opted to let Charles Huff leave for Southern Miss. When Huff left, he took star QB Braylon Braxton with him. That left Gibson to find a QB in the transfer portal.

As it turns out, the guy Gibson initially went with, Zion Turner, wasn't the answer. Instead, former Florida and Syracuse QB Carlos Del-Rio Wilson has steadied this offense since taking over as the starter. With Del Rio-Wilson taking the majority of the snaps, Marshall is 4-1 and has averaged 43.8 PPG. During this hot streak for Marshall's offense, the senior has averaged 16.2 carries per game for 69.4 rushing yards.

His legs have been just as important as his arm, and he leads the team in rushing yards (347) and rushing TDs (4). Against a Coastal Carolina defense that's No. 90 in EPA per rush, Del Rio-Wilson's legs will be needed for a road win, just like they were in the upset of Old Dominion two weeks ago when he scored twice. If he manages two touchdowns again, a $10 bet pays $25 profit.

⬆️ Jake Retzlaff, QB, Tulane: Over 241.5 passing yards (-114)

With Tulane head coach Jon Sumrall being the potential answer to who will be LSU's next coach, the Green Wave have a huge opportunity to shine in prime time on Thursday against a struggling UTSA program. A big win could look good to LSU decision makers, and Green Wave QB Jake Retzlaff will be relied on for this offense to pull out a victory in the vaunted Alamodome.

The Road Runners' defense has been one of the worst in the American Conference this season, ranking No. 125 in EPA per pass nationally and allowing the fourth-most passing yards per game in the conference (246.9). While Retzlaff's known for his mobility, Tulane has leaned more heavily on his arm as of late.

The former BYU starter is averaging 283.3 passing yards per game in his last three outings and has thrown for 242-plus yards in four of his last five games. If he can hit the Over on 241.5 passing yards again, a $10 bet pays an $8.77 profit.
