This afternoon's Citrus Bowl is just hours away, and my Michigan vs. Texas player props highlight plays for Arch Manning, Jordan Marshall, and Parker Livingstone. The action from Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla., is set for 3 p.m. ET (ABC). No. 13 Texas is a 5.5-point betting favorite over No. 18 Michigan, bet down from more than a full touchdown at open.
My college bowl game predictions highlight how opt-outs and transfers could impact this game, as neither team will be at full strength. And on top of it all, Michigan is navigating a coaching scandal.
Stay ahead this bowl season with our updated college football bowl game odds and schedule.

Arch Manning Over 29.5 pass attempts (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Manning has attempted at least 30 passes in six games, and he hasn’t attempted fewer than 27 passes against a Power 4 team this season. He has at least 29 attempts in five consecutive games.
With starting running back Quintrevion Wisner out for this game, the Longhorns won’t have any rushing attack to fall back on. Additionally, Michigan’s defense hasn’t been hard to throw against this season, allowing 210.6 passing yards per game, 11th in the Big Ten.
Our Rob Paul also targets him to be productive on the ground in his Michigan vs. Texas prediction.

Jordan Marshall Over 83.5 rushing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Texas is allowing just 98.4 rushing yards per game this season, but with numerous important defensive players opting out of this game, I give the advantage to Marshall. He has rushed for at least 110 yards in four of his last five games, and he managed 61 yards on just seven carries against an Ohio State defense that ranks fifth-best against the run.
Michigan’s second-leading rusher, Justice Haynes, will miss this game with a foot injury.
The bet365 price of -115 implies is the tops across our best sports betting sites.
Parker Livingstone to score a touchdown (+110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Livingstone has more than two receptions in just three games this season, but he’s second on Texas with six receiving touchdowns. He’s scored in four of his 11 games, including against Ohio State.
Texas’ leading receiver Ryan Wingo is suiting up, but with DeAndre Moore Jr. not playing, I expect more opportunities for Livingstone, who slots into the No. 2 receiver spot.
Fifteen of the 26 touchdowns scored against Michigan were passes.
And if you need another reason to follow me in this pick? Mike Spector likes it as one his favorite play in his Michigan vs. Texas anytime touchdown scorer predictions.
