LSU vs. Alabama Player Props Today: Best Bets & TD Picks for Week 11

Can Ty Simpson perform up to expectations against one of the best passing defenses he’s faced this season?

My best LSU vs. Alabama player props focus on Harlem Berry, Ty Simpson, and Ryan Williams ahead of Saturday’s 7:30 p.m. ET (ABC) game at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Though No. 4 Alabama is favored by 10, I still think there will be plenty of opportunities for Berry and the LSU rushing attack, while I anticipate Simpson performing slightly worse than oddsmakers expect. 💰 Best LSU vs. Alabama player props

⬆️ Harlem Berry player prop: Over 45.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Berry has received more carries than Caden Durham in back-to-back weeks, and he should be the featured back again after 59 yards and 6.6 yards per carry last week against Texas A&M.

The one defensive weakness Alabama has is its run defense. The Crimson Tide are allowing 149.1 rushing yards per game and 4.5 yards per carry. With Alabama favored by 10, Berry won’t have many opportunities, but he’s rushed for at least 55 yards in back-to-back games. Both of those performances came against ranked opponents, and Berry didn’t record more than 11 carries in either contest, but he averaged at least 5.0 yards per carry in both games.

FanDuel’s price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance this Over hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

⬇️ Ty Simpson player prop: Under 272.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Simpson has only topped 272.5 passing yards in three of his eight games this season. He’s thrown for 253 yards or fewer in three consecutive weeks. Two of those performances came in one-score games, so his numbers aren’t down because Alabama is blowing teams out.

LSU is allowing just 191.1 passing yards per game. Last week, the Tigers held Texas A&M quarterback Marcel Reed to just 202 passing yards. Additionally, only two quarterbacks have topped this number against LSU all season. Alabama is a heavy favorite while rumors swirl around LSU's next coach.

FanDuel’s price suggests that Simpson has a 53.27% chance of throwing for fewer than 272.5 passing yards. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

Our Mike Spector also believes Simpson will struggle as part of his LSU vs. Alabama prediction.

6️⃣ Best LSU vs. Alabama touchdown scorer bet

🔥 Ryan Williams TD pick: Score a touchdown (+155) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Williams has only scored three times this season, and he hasn’t found the end zone since October 4 against Vanderbilt. But he’s been consistent, catching at least five passes in each game, so there’s no reason to anticipate a lack of opportunities even in a tough matchup.

LSU is easier to score against on the ground, allowing 1.4 rushing touchdowns per game and only 0.9 passing touchdowns. But Jam Miller’s price is north of -180, which is insane for a player with just two touchdowns this year. Germie Bernard leads Alabama with eight touchdowns, and his price is set at a favorable -110. But I like the price for Williams better, as he has just five fewer receptions than Bernard this year.

DraftKings’ price of +155 implies a 39.22% chance that Williams scores. A $10 bet would profit $15.50.
