Oddsmakers Still Favor Murray Taking First Snap of Season with Cardinals

Tom Brady has retired, but is still listed at +4500 to win MVP, so a return is possible, but that won't be the only storyline this NFL offseason. Now that the coaching carousel is all but set, the drama revolving around where some of the starting quarterbacks might end up will start to heat up.

BetMGM released odds Monday on starting quarterbacks props and the situation in Arizona is quite interesting with Kyler Murray.

Following the Pro Bowl a few weeks back, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray raised flags by scrubbing his social media accounts as well as not following the team on Instagram or Twitter.

Murray, who is eligible for a contract extension this offseason, has been rumoured to be asking for $50 million a year, which was, not surprisingly, shot down.

Last season, Murray completed 69.2 percent of his passes, while throwing for 3,787 yards and 24 touchdowns.

Oddsmakers opened the odds at -2000 for Murray to be under snap come opening day, but with the recent buzz around him, he's at -500 now. This will be a interesting story to follow all offseason.
