We're just a few days removed from Super Bowl LVI, but that didn't stop Caesars Sportsbook from listing the NFL regular season MVP odds for next year on Tuesday.

With so much uncertainty around Aaron Rodgers and his return to Green Bay, that didn't stop the book from making him the co-favorite along with the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes.

“I think people could be a little hesitant to bet Rodgers until they know where he’s going to go,” said Adam Pullen, Assistant Director of Trading at Caesars Sportsbook. “People are already looking for bigger values anyway, so it wouldn’t surprise me if there wasn’t as much action on him like last offseason. Depending on where he goes, maybe his odds would go up slightly just with having to learn a new system and develop chemistry with new teammates. But if he takes a team like Denver to the playoffs, he’s going to be viewed as the reason why.”

What's interesting, is when you look down the list a little bit and see a familiar name in none other than Tom Brady, who announced his retirement February 1. At +4500, would you take a chance on him?

“If [Brady] doesn’t play, people would get their money back who bet on him,” Pullen said. “Obviously people have changed their minds before about retirement, so it wouldn’t be the first time if Brady flipped. We made him 45/1 just to match his age, he’d be turning 45 in August just before next season starts.”

This past season, Brady posted career-highs in passing yards (5,316), touchdowns (43) and passing yards per game (312.7).

Brady hinted about a possible return recently, so it's worth a shot.
