Brady was priced at +1000 on DraftKings Sportsbook to win NFL MVP, so the net payout for a Brady MVP next season would be $110,500. The odds for Brady at DraftKings have since dropped to +800 since this wager was cast.

Brady, 44, had a legitimate case to be named MVP last season, after leading the league with 5,316 passing yards and 43 touchdown passes — the first time since 2007 that he led the league in both categories. Brady ultimately finished second in voting, behind the Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers.
Brady retired after the 2021 season before announcing his return to the Buccaneers just 40 days later. He will remain a viable MVP candidate as a prolific passer on what should be a winning team.
He'll have a strong receiving corps including Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and free agent addition Russell Gage. Godwin will be returning from a torn ACL suffered in Week 15 of the 2021 season against the New Orleans Saints. The Bucs have Cameron Brate at tight end but there always remains the possibility that Rob Gronkowski, who has a great history with Brady through their New England years, re-signs with the Bucs.
Aside from the 2008 season, when he suffered a torn ACL in Week 1, Brady has won at least 10 games in every season since 2002, his second year as a starter with the New England Patriots.
If he puts up big passing numbers for a winning team, Brady will have a chance to take his fourth NFL MVP Award and DraftKings will be on the hook for a major payout.
