We'll see. Like I said, I'm a little nervous about liking this many dogs today and there were a few more I left off that I thought looked like decent plays: King & Dancevic,

Good to see your on Matosevic, I'm on him too. GL

I was looking to fade Mahut, but I'm not too familiar with Farah except for seeing his name on doubles sometimes. Hopefully he comes up with a win

Well if these two early WTA matches are any indication of the day, you guys might want to get on board the fade train today. Plenty of chances for Cirstea & Rezai to win the 2nd sets after getting pounded in their openers, but they gave breaks back and probably both get chased soon.

Sorry late on that ... an obvious toss-up that offers little edge. Youzhny's experience. Gulbis' "form." With Youzhny having a pretty poor year on this surface, this is probably Gulbis' best shot to score a Slam win - something he hasn't done in two years, but I can't trust him to do that. Won't be surprised with either result in this one as it is simply too close to call. I'll be rooting for Youzhny though, one of my favorite tour guys.

Ok thanks man. Ya I'm picking Gulbis because I feel can go either way but Gulbis has played so good and has beaten the best this year. Also his powerful serve. Going to also be betting on the americans. Go USA.

who has gulbis beaten? for the most part he's been a total flake the majority of the year, winning a bit more towards the end of the summer. looking good for you though, despite your flawed reasoning. follow EP's thread, i'm sure he wont bury you if you tail him 100%

So betting on a player that beats good players is part of flawed reasoning? Gulbis has beaten Del Potro, Mardy Fish recently. Two great players in my opinion. I didn't list all my reasoning for picking him. Also Gulbis powerful serve that is hard to return. Especially on hard courts.

I'll probably be happy to cash 1 of the 3 left today, that feels like victory?

I should always know to be careful after having a good day, Usually evens out quickly. Should have gone with my gut on a couple, but it also saved me from wasting money on Youzhny. Dodig gonna bury quite a few folks apparently.

Maybe the tide turns from this point. Matosevic retires before the 1st set ends and saves a potential loss! Small victories eh?

Benesova played tough, but blew break leads in both sets to lose 7-6, 7-5. Farah up 2-1. He's pretty much tanking this 3rd set off it appears, hopefully in an effort to finish it in the 4th and get me one damn win today!

Farah choking it up. Not sure if fitness is failing him or nerves or what since I am not watching, but he cannot hold serve for shit now. Mahut also struggling to hold serve in the 4th. Survival of the weakest!

Dude is done. Unless he snorts coke during the changeover or Mahut breaks his legs, 0-4 fo' sho. Watch out for my first pick tomorrow, Ice Age could be here. I hate being on the wrong end of these 2-0 chokes. Seems like I lose one per Slam.

Zero confidence Tevari that he will come back in a 5th set. He was holding serve very easy in the first two sets and then I think he relaxed in the 3rd and has no been able to regain his footing. Told you guys I was nervous liking this many dogs. Left off the winners and kept the losers as per usual on these sort of days. Have not looked at tomorrow. Hoping for a miracle in this one.

Ah Wednesday. HUMP-day. Shall I get OVER it or HUMPED by it? Feeling good about not seeing a ton of dogs to tempt me tomorrow at this point. Again, I would watch closely whatever my first play of the day is ... if it loses ... don't be a fool, FADE ME until I win again. Research time. Good luck to you on Wednesday.

I was so confident in DGT last year over Nieminen but he is just having trouble this yr. He has a huge serve though, but GGL?? Who knows what is happening to him. Horrible season, injuries? DGT seems too good to be true as an underdog

Almagro's serve is just so nasty, but his return on these courts can be worrisome, especially the way Benneteau has been serving.
Isner just has to get through, but did you see Baggy in Winston-Salem. He had Isner's kick serve to the backhand on a tee, he had it timed up perfectly and was standing inside the baseline just killing it over and over. But Baggy is just this year, so this should hit but I would expect one of these 2 to be very close
