Can someone clarify the Chela -2.5 (I know some of you got it at 2 but I got it at 2.5)

First set Chela loses 5-7
Second set Chela Wins 6-4

So at this point is it even in a sense (i.e. -2 for the first set for Chela and +2 for the second set for Chela, thus = 0)

Thus if Chela wins the third set 6-4, I would lose with chela -2.5, those that got Chela at 2 would push.

Is this correct?

I didn't even see Goat's thread yet - for the Aussies in my thread I was engrossed in the Ben Cousins doco - but Goat and I discussed our picks together for close to 3 hours today before he left on a mini-holiday. We went through every match several times and as I said, there will be picks that I'll be on but not posting, but these are the ones we both ended up liking for one reason or another, keeping in mind that New Haven has transferred matches indoor before because of inclement weather. If that happens again, you need to recap whatever match you're on because the variables will change due to the speed of the court. For all other matches other than the 2 I've posted, I'll be waiting to see what happens.

I will most likely be on Timea with the handicap. Just watching how much Bartoli struggled to win yesterday, and seeing my tennis buddies sweat it out, leaves me with no confidence in her ability to win this one easily.

I like her quite a bit. The only downfall with her is her mental strength to stay present in matches. At the end of the day though she's definitely worth the handicap bet and a smaller ML bet here. Best of luck.

Yep. And I'm sure if you questioned other players on the Tour and they answered honestly, they'd say they hated Rodi too. Just as they hate Sharapova and Serena. Big difference between hating a fellow competitor and actually having the form and/or ability to bagel them, especially when you should've been taken out in the first round yourself. As I said, it's something that if I'm going to play I'll keep it to myself. Best of luck!!
