In womens tennis anyone could win man. Were the matches close? Or did Sharapova always dominate? How have both been playing recently. You should look at more factors before placing a bet.
she dominated.
im staying away from this match tho.

It was Sharapova on her worst surface against Stosur on her favorite surface and Maria just smashed her off the court. Can't see Stosur pulling it off, Maria will just exploit Sam's useless backhand all day.
Great advice and great pick!
I made some quick research after I read your comment, placed a nice pick on Sharapova and then watched the game. Oh man that was easy, Stosur looked almost scared she doesn't know how to play against Maria. Anyway thanks for the tip

The reason I liked Stosur is because of last week. She can handle power as she made it to the finals in Toronto. She beat La and Radwanska who are very good. She beat La again this week. Last week Sharapova lost Voskoboeva so I figured she had a shot.

Well I thought the same thing at first, then I looked at the head-to-head between Sharapova and Stosur. Before today, they played each other 8 times and Sharapova had won the 8 times, conceding only 2 sets to Stosur. Not only Stosur has never won against Masha, but all those games were easy wins for Sharapova http://www.wtatennis.com/headtohead/...1~9499,00.html (except maybe 1 where Stosur lost 6-3 in the 3rd set).
As jdrb said, this is a terrible match-up for Samantha and when she enters the court to face Sharapova she knows that, today she tried but it was clear in her behaviour she was frustrated because she doesn't really know how to play/win against Sharapova.
