Think I'm going to just do some Davis Cup this weekend and then get back into the swing of things next week when we get better tournaments. Don't see the point of pressing the issue this week with these tournaments.

I still can't see your pictures.
And yeah, I'm doing the same thing. I've lost 3 of the 4 plays I've made in these tournaments so far with the Camerin/Brianti over pending (figured I'd steal your Russian mafia theory and apply it to the land of the Mob) and so now I'm on hiatus. No more of these crazy cows for me this week. If I'd bet first set winners though I'd be up a nice chunk.

What I find funny about this week is that the SBR book has the Canadian women's matches up, but it was a chore to get lines consistently during the US Open because of the higher volume of people betting on it ... right.

Ashe From Court 11 I think. We were watching wheelchair tennis at one of the outer courts and snapped this one. Ashe is so enormous.

SBR POINTS PARLAY: GLATCH + PASZEK [+151]
Waiting for some free play money to roll in and Davis Cup on Friday for the "real money plays" but saw these two fall into a formula I usually like to play, so WTF for SBR points. Glatch draws the home standing Canadian Dubois. The head-2-head is heavy in favor of Glatch although most are outdated. The thing that makes this a play for me is that Dubois had to push hard in a 3 set match in her opener where she won less points than her opponent. For me again, this is sometimes an indicator that the person scoring less points, but advancing will get knocked off sooner, not later. Paszek's opponent, Craybas, falls into the same formula having gone three tough sets in defeating Rezai, but winning less points. Throw in that both Glatch and Paszek passed through qualis in Quebec City and have plenty of court time on this surface to help aid their causes today. We'll see how it goes.Comment -

Djokovic line is ridiculous to me. I don't think Stepanek will win even with Djokovic being fatigued or emotionally drained or whatever you want to think from the Open, but the handicap I think is going to provide a worthwhile opportunity. Stepanek is a better player in a controlled indoor environment vs. an outdoor hard court setting. Definitely like Nalbandian. Monfeasel has shown good on this surface, but Nalbandian showed in July that he can win in hostile environments when he chucked Youzhny & Davydenko on this surface in Davis Cup play. Nalbandian's DC record is impeccable. He is the stopper for the Argies [20-4]. Tipsarevic worth a toss at that price I think. Llodra only useful if you can find a parlay partner for him. Maybe the Berdych total depending on where it's set if they set one.Comment -

Nalbandian is just a Davis Cup stud, so I'm taking the shot there. He's likely going to have to win to keep Argentina with any chance of winning in the semis as Llodra should dispatch of Monaco first up tomorrow. Tipsarevic, I just have a feeling about tomorrow. Berdych has been playing poorly late in the hard court swing and Tipsy is capable of playing that balls out style that beat Roddick at the US Open. It'll be a fine line between hitting the lines or missing them, but at home, taking the Serb. Couldn't sell myself on Stepanek +7.5, but that was the other one I liked best.
