Ok, the system I mentioned then was this:

Play a home dog of +100 - +150 ranked more than 100 places lower than the opponent.

This match was in Argentina. Midon, an Argentinian, ranked at No. 720 was an underdog of +115 against Hardt, from the Dominican Republic, ranked at No. 220. The MLs didn't do justice to the ranking disparity between the players. You would have expected Midon to have been a much bigger dog and priced at a ML much higher than +115 - which meant the linesmaker(s) didn't have much faith in Hardt as a favorite.
