I thought it would be good to have a thread every day where people say their best picks of the day instead of having a ton of threads to search through. The idea came from yesterday's thread where OP asked for a match winner and all of the picks you guys gave him cashed. Maybe this can be a good, fast way to have winners. If you don't have time for analysis but you are confident in your pick, obviously that's fine too..
I will start; I like Lopez against Dodig at 1.56 Pinnacle and here is why: Lopez has played very well at this tournament in the past with 17-13 record (actually lost to Dodig three years ago) but other than that has been beating guys all but top 10 guys in the last 7-8 years (didn't play here last year). He retired in Houston due to allergies and skipped Monte Carlo, I don't think this will be a factor tomorrow.
Dodig has struggled this year in singles; he is yet to beat a top50 player. He had a poor off-season (wedding, didn't practice much) and it has showed. He beat Arguello, a challenger type player with a wild card, in three sets. Lopez won last two meetings albeit on a hard surface.
