You're never going to get exhausted playing Isner because his volley game is so awful.

I will be loaded on Cilic again.
Anderson just isn't near his class.
Him winning this tourney last year and having it in his hometown doesn't mean much to me. Anderson is a choker in pressure situations so if anything it can hurt him having that crowd behind him.
It just means you're getting value on Cilic because he should really be -400 in this spot.
