#8Haas showing a classic example of how to punish the top players when they start off slow.
I guarantee 95% of other players in this spot would allow Djoker to get the momentum by making some stupid mistakes, but not Haas (atleast not yet)Comment -

#19I always hope Djokovic loses the first set so I can play him live when he is behind, but tonight he was so horrible that I just could not once he was at +400. Did take him right after the first set at +105 though :/Comment -

This will be the classic example of a 'let-down'....havent had that in a whileComment -

#25Definitely seems like everyone (Big Four) is playing flat outside of Slams this year save for a tournament here or there. Concentration/motivation levels seems to be lower outside of maybe Nadal who had something to prove.Comment -

#32Not sure who you will back but if it is Simon think twice
Watched their both H2H games last year one on clay the other is on hard court. Haas was the clear better player and won both.
Both play clever tennis. Haas serves better. His tactical tennis was real good I watched the highlights of each game Djokovic and Haas serve in the match. Even Djokovic admitted Haas used amazing tactics.
My money will be either on Haas or over but def not on Simon. Still not sure who you will back thoughComment -

I think more often than not, everything about a player goes out the window in this spot, and they simply have a huge letdown after being overly satisfied with beating their previous opponent. Although Haas is a veteran and this may not apply as much to him, I still think he comes out flat and hopefully him beating Djoker sets up a really nice price on Simon.Comment -

#34Obviously Simon....you could tell me Haas has looked better in their H2H, or even this whole tourny, but I still love the 'let-down' spot theory, and ESPECIALLY after someone has just beaten the world #1.

If this was a final and the next week Haas was playing Simon I would agree with you.
But Haas beat Berdych, Kohlschreibber( Who beat Nadal) and then Federer in Halle and won the grass tournament. Then he lost 2 of his next 3 games to Kohlschreibber in Wimbledon and a horrible player Cervenak in Stuttgart. Then he bounced back and played final next week against Monaco in Hamburg.
I will see a few games and then decide but I think Haas will see the Semi-FinalComment -
