Yeah I don't think beating Isner right now is a "marquee" win for anyone. Watched part of that match and Isner looks like an absolute sloth on the court - worse than I have seen him in a while. I do think his knee is still problematic to a degree or just a severe lack of fitness to run through tournaments right now. He had very little in that match yesterday, but still was in it through three.
Being his first final, tough for ERV in this spot. Gulbis by far has had a tougher road to the final. The only tough part for Gulbis is the massive amount of court time he has from playing qualis this week and getting to the final. That would be my only worry with him. Otherwise, game-wise ... Gulbis is clearly superior and playing that way at the moment.Comment -

this Eysseric guy is a complete joke...he is losing 6-3/3-1 in less than 1H....if he loses this one it will be my last bet ever on that guy!!!i remenber a few years ago he was the sparring partner of Federer at the french open and Roger said he had top 10 talent!!! he got millions in endorsements from french compagnies and since then he is a complete bump and joke!!! he cant even beat or stay close to a wildcard in a future event!!!..........finally 6-3/6-2.......this guy is completly burned out and finished!!!151th pic: Lestienne-Eysseric(1.50)
