I think Barthel is one of the most incorrectly priced female players on tour, with the likes of Ivanovic, Jankovic, Schiavone, etc. Her forehand is her main and really only weapon. She's poor in long rallies and often has that nonchalant attitude towards matches, especially against players who can push the ball back to her and wait for her errors. I think -330 is a joke, so let's start this week off correctly.

Value is with u-rad but u-rad is an erratic player herself though she's somewhat more consistent than barthel
I also think barthel has big/dangerous bh/serve and if she's on tonight, she's gonna blow u-rad off the court
It really is gonna come down to if barthel wants to win or not but because of that nonchalant attitude you mentioned, she cannot be backed as a short favorite

i saw rad play quite a lot the last 6 months. i think her game has picked up quite a bit since her juniors days. she hits the ball with more authority, and actually sort of is like a vastly inferior version of her sister. i feel that if she can keep the ball in play, barthel will be the one making the errors.
hsieh/erakovic...no opinion really. erakovic is in terrible form, losing in both new zealand and the aussie open first rounds. she is dangerous however, plays a huge game but extremely prone to errors on her forehand side. can beat most anyone, and lose to most anyone. hsieh has an incredible record in Asia, though. no lean for this match.Comment -

I know. The Pattaya Open was crazy. Odds combined of those 4 matches for either the first set winner or match winner ( although Begu ended up retiring so it would be void this one ) would be of like 100.00 odds. And all matches would be 2-0 for the dog ( again Begu thing ).
