    Cashpoint in Greece
In cashpoint they keep 10% of the profits from Greek customers for "tax purposes" as they say ... this must have started on the previous month as before they were OK. This is invisible as the odds are not updated (even for the greek version of the site) and there is nothing written on the terms and conditions. When I asked for written statement stating the amounts they keep for tax they talk other things. Does anybody know more on this ? are they officially licensed ? (I doubt...)

are you saying that costumers pay 10% tax on their winnings ? so ,if you win 200 EUR ,you get only 180 EUR ?

Exactly, that is what I am saying ... and they are doing this without any clue (eg. in your bet history the odd is seen as normal and you see your profit and you get crazy)

Every time you pay tax in whichever "form", you must receive some kind of receipt.I think that is the case in all countries. So cashpoint is clearly doing this wrongly.

Cashpoint only ... all others continue normally. There is a law typically in action starting this year talking about 10% tax (among other things) but of course valid for licensed bookies for operating in Greece and I doubt that cashpoint is an officially licensed bookie ... (as I know even bet365, Sportingbet and all big players are not licensed to operate in Greece)

gvolt62 have they ever answer to your emails ? cause i am not getting any answer to my emails!
I originally written to them in Greek since their site was available in Greek , they answered to me in German and as far i can understand they was asking me to write in German or in English , so i started to mail them (several times) in English (even with automated German translation) with no luck so far.
I wanted to know if i am ok with their bonus roll over requirements (i was wondering if the 3 times roll over regards just the bonus amount or the deposit amount plus bonus).
I would apreciate if you can help me with the above

PS: Its funny to communicate in English since we are Greeks but i considered rude for our Anglophone friends
