To Anyone with a BetUS Account:
As many of you are aware, BetUS has been notorious for deceptive and fraudulent business activities including, but not limited to: unduly unfair and one-sided user agreements, freezing accounts, not honoring bonuses, delaying payouts, voiding winnings, and confiscating money – with laughable or no reason at all.
In addition to deceptive and fraudulent business practices, an independent United States Military Networks Securities Expert was hired to examine BetUS casino software. This expert concluded that as of January 27, 2011, BetUS had anomalies in random card and number generation. In other words, BetUS has “rigging” algorithms encrypted in its software. Pending future litigation, I will not discuss this matter any further.
BetUS is subject to numerous violations of deceptive and fraudulent business practices under Netherland Antilles law and International Treatises. Although jurisdictional law is at issue, local Netherland Antilles law firms I contacted are convinced I have provided enough evidence and testimony to convict BetUS of numerous wrongdoings in any court.
For now, I recommend anyone with money in a BetUS account withdraw IMMEDIATELY and join a more reputable Sportsbook such as the ones listed in “SBR’s Recommended List.” For anyone who has previously lost money or been defrauded by BetUS, I recommend you stay tuned to future posts. If BetUS continues to be unresponsive and uncooperative, your information might be needed as part of a large class-action civil suit.
Thank you for your attention in this matter. Please forward this message to anyone you know who has a BetUS account or is interested in joining BetUS.
