Wow, thanks. It was just a simple question guy. Seeing what everyone elses experience was. Customer Service will tell you 3-7 business days and it could take 14.

Ive never had a check sent to me from them via fedex, but if they told you 3-7 business days I would anticipate it will take about that long... probably around 5-7 business days.

No way it will take any more than 10 business days at the very maximum.

Yes they said 5-7 business days. Im not too worried as long as I get paid and it doesn't take a month. My next question is, since it is my first time withdrawing from them, what all will I have to send them? A copy of my ID and a copy of the CC I deposited with?

What if it's a **** vanilla gift card that has no name on it? Will that be a problem in their eyes?

My mailing address is different from the address on my ID card, will this be a problem? Or can I just send them a form like a utility bill that has my name on the bill with the address?

Im just nervous, they will try and find some loophole to not pay me and quite frankly I need this couple grand im cashing out for.

Based on what you have told me, I am 99.9% you will be paid unless you fail to accomodate their requests for information.

Yes, a utility bill with your name and address on it will suffice.

Ok cool thanks warrior. I figured a van*** **** gift card was very common amongst USA players to deposit. Also just didn't want them to send the check to my old address on my ID, that be bad lol.

The chat person told me to call the CC dept at 5 dimes in the AM to get set up on my payout request information, like they would tel me what I need to provide in order for them to pay me? I figured I'd just put in the payout request then they would email me what they needed from me, as opposed to me having to call them first?

Just call them in the morning, they will walk you through everything you gotta do. 5dimes is one of the best shops out there, you'll get your money unless you have committed blatant fraud.

If you encounter any problems fill out a sportsbook complaint form and one of the sbr mods will get on it.
