    BOL should be renamed DELAY.com or EXCUSES.com....everyday now finding out many many players being delayed...jump ship guys and get to a book u dont get delayed on payouts...this is pathetic...funny how "processor" has no problem raking in deposits, but has a problem with so many payouts

      My 8k payout was approved on the 10th. Today is 9th business day on 3-10 day estimate. Hope I dont face similar delays but my confidence is waivering.

        My 3.5K was approved on Oct 5th. I was patient and waited for 10 days and nothing. After seeing feedback I think this is wide spread. I would like to find a place that is better to customers. Any ideas?

          Oh come on guys didn't you read my other thread, Betonline CSR today told me that the 10 day clock doesn't start until they're processor sends the payment! They informed me it doesn't matter when I request/they approve my wire payout its all about when the processor sends it.

            u just need to read the threads buddy...tons of players have been delayed well over 30 days for 10% of ur withdrawl...i hope it get to u soon, but whatever the story BOL tells u is a delay tactic...whenever u do get ur money, get smart and go to a book u never have to worry about getting a withdrawl

              I have a hard time beliveing that and if it is factual, then BOL is setting expectations they cannot meet (ie 10 business days). How can SBR rate this a B+ book if this is the case?

                there are many places, ive never had to wait on a 5dimes payout..BI has good rep. too, but 5dimes the best, especially for U.S. customers

                        SBR should put up a warning to anybody who comes here to actually get a RECOMMENDED book and deposit at BOL(i almost did this same thing after vip.com closed, but thank god i went 5Dimes instead)..i mean the whole freaking point of SBR is to help players chose a good, reliable online sportsbook....very sad for a newcomer to see BOL is recommended AND rated B+....hope no1 actually does this and hope they read the threads and OUR warnings so they can get with a reliable book that doesnt LIE and DELAY every wire

                          BetOnline Issues

                          I feel for all you guys. I'm a first time BetOnline user and I've been trying to receive a $300 payout for 4 days now. The first time they changed their fees on me. All the customer service reps tell a different story. The second time the notes said "Cancelled per customers request" when I haven't even told them to do that. I finally got a ** tracking number today and tried to pick up my $300 payout but was told I could not. I drove 30 minutes into town for nothing. Somehow my address on my profile was changed from Kentucky to Kansas. Another BetOnline delay tactic I guess. I called BetOnline as soon as I was told I was denied from ** and the rep kept putting me on hold (I guess trying to think of something to say). I'm now supposed to wait another 24-48 hours for this payout to process. So far not a good first time experience with BetOnline.com. Will update when I actually get cash in my hand.

                              First post didn't go up. Anyway, I wanted to let everyone know that around 2pmET today, the wire finally showed up in my account. Five deadlines came and went and after 31 grueling days of fighting with management and chatting on here waiting for the situation to be resolved, I do have my wire.

                              However, I've closed my account with BetOnline and asked never to be contacted by them again. Way to many lies throughout this whole thing and I'd be a fool to try them again. They did pay, but when people lie to you about simple details that need no lying (like we didn't send the transfer yet OR we had the wrong info) they cannot be trusted with your money. They're not even close to a B+ book and you can guarantee they'll be off the board in a couple of years.

                              Good luck to everyone waiting for a payout from BetOnline ... you have my sympathy!

                                  this post says it all...WARNING...and least this guy is smart enough to see the writing on the wall...5 deadlines and 31 days to get a wire, while being lied to the entire time...no wonder alex has disappeared...nice to see some1 be smart and close the account and go to a book where u dont have to deal with liars, delays, and all around b.s.

                                                Footballfanstan, I am going through the same thing. I believe asking for a wire is a real issue. I asked for mine on Oct 5 for 3.5K. There has to be a better way than a wire from BOL. If there are having severe processor problems sending money out (and not in which does make a lot of sense to me) then I would suggest they do not do bankwires until they work.

                                                      Reading all of these posts it sounds to me like this is basically a recreational book that is not equipped to handle larger wins with the mentality being that if there is a larger payout they will just dance through the time delay and not worry about it as they are getting their recreational deposits. If you look to withdraw over the ** or ** limit you should look somewhere else to play.
