bol is ties lose, and 5dimes has the tie push option , so it is a good option , plus so you can mix the teaser with college , nfl, and hoops

BOL has much better odds than 5 dimes for 21 point teaser but it is only NFL.

It looks like YouWager allows you to mix college and NFL 21 point teaser for same odds as BOL. Looks like I will go with them. Anyone else done this at YouWager?

Register with Betpop instead, to get the higher parlay payout. They are the same company, but you have to use the account number the Betpop customer service will give to you. You can still log in betpop with a youwager ID but you won't get the 2.8 payout on Par2 or 6.5 payout Par3's.

Here's what you're up against with the "carnival game" teasers:

21 point, 3 teamers at -1500 need 97.9% per leg to BE

20 point, 3 teamers at -1600 need 98% per leg to BE

20 point, 2 teamers at -3000 need 98.4% per leg to BE

No subset in either NFLX, NFL, or college gets it done. NFLX comes the closest, then NFL reg. season, and lastly college.
