Lol Did 5dimes Screw Anyone Else Today?

ive always been a huge 5dimes supporter, but wow. I contacted there customer service last night to make a Deposit, i went ahead and made a deposit for 200 at 9pm, i contacted them again 20 min later and they said there processor was down which confirmed deposits so they couldnt credit my account!!! so why the eff tell me to deposit in the first place!

It took them over 18 hours to finally credit my account, they did give me a 25 dollar freeplay bonus, but thats ridiculous. Why tell someone to deposit if you knew your processor was down?!

obviously i deposited so late because there were lots of bets i wanted to make in the morning but couldnt cuz of there unsupportive CS!

5dimes customer service teams are bunch of fukc ups...numerous times, when I clearly told them I want to deposit by W U method... they gave me name for M G method and I had to drive back and collect the money back and resend it to them..... of course, whenever this happens, games I was going to bet win.... also, about third time when this happened, I got so sick and tired of it and start bitching and complaining... CS supervisor was nice and all... but never ever gave me any bonus for incovenience.. so OP, you should feel very lucky to get that $25 fp.
