    10bet is causing too many delays with their fraud policies and this is being addressed with mgt. now. 10bet is like bwin in how they offer tiny free bet promos and don't do a real good job managing them.

    My withdrawal request 5 days ago at 10bet is still pending...

    10 bet took my £250 deposit and then said i need to send my passport and drivers licence . i said no under the data protection act . they said i can have my money back in 30 days . ????

    That's retarded, it's not a reason to blame bookies. If you don't give them passport/utilitybill copy, they can freeze your account because there is no way to prove you entered right account info!

    I don't defend 10bet, I think it's a quite sh*itty bookie.. But remember that even big corporate books like Lasseters or Partouche will also require ID verification before withdrawal due to money laundering laws.
