I have currently hired a lawyer and pursuing my rights to recover all the 46k kept from me. I will use all means necessary to vindicate my position including the allegations that I cheated and the defamatory statements made by Easystreet and RX. To be continued.....

You have the ability to sue anyone for anything. The case will, in the vast majority of situations never be heard, for a varity of reasons, but you still have the ability and the right to file the paper work to sue.
Couple of points.
#1 IMO Cory has not, nor will he have paper work filed to sue EZ or the RX or **
#2 Assuming 1 was false, any lawyer he obtains is either a young lawyer with no current cases to generate income so he took this case on a win based fee %, OR If Cory is paying fees upfront, they will be very small, and done simply to get some paper work flowing to EZ in an attempt to "stir the pot" and maybe flush out a bird or 2.
#3 Assuming #1 was false No one from EZ or RX will be forced to come to the US for a 46,000 gambling case. Get real.
#4 The feds already now how players are moving small amounts in and out of books. Does ANYONE here really think it is some sort of secret?
#5 Assuming EZ cheated Cory, and Cory and his lawyer were to lay the whole case out in front of a US judge during pre-trial exploratory, and show copies of post and e-mails in this case, the only course of action the Judge would have would be to "ask" EZ to come to the US for trial, and EZ would tell them to get F#%ed, and the Judge would also ask for any and all info EZ had of any charge backs Cory had done with any business. (maybe EZ has info, maybe they don't) But assuming Ez and other books do have charge back info. The judge would have no other course of action but to charge Cory with CC fraud. Once again, that is assuming he has actualy charged back books as it has been posted. I have seen no proof he has charged anyone back, but have heard he has, at numerous books.
Cory as I stated, I think you are bluffing here, but hell who knows, maybe you aren't. Hell sometimes people do crazy shit. But be careful here, you may open up a real can of whoop ass ,, and it is going to be pointed at you.
NO judge has the desire or ability to make anyone from the RX or EZ come to the US for a trial, but the judge has the abilty and the OBLIGATION if they have reason to think you commited CC fraud IE: Charge backs, to punish you to the full extent of the law.

Think back to just a few weeks ago when all the poker sites got slam-busted. What was the BIG ISSUE? U.S. banking laws. CC fraud is a BANKING LAW. Uncle Sam looks the other way at many many things. Banking Law isn't one of them. The IRS also takes gambling winning very serious. Keep in mind even if you can show that in 2008 you LOST more than you won, if you didn't file the winnings, you still filed an improper return. Many people think that just because you lost more than you won you don't have to report it, and that simply isn't true. Report the winnings, and than the losses, and you owe NOTHING, but it still must be reported. IRS takes this shit serious, just ask Pete Rose

On a side note, no court is going to charge Cory with any wrong doing, for gambling on-line even if he admited to doing so. It's the IRS and the returns not showing win/losses (even if no taxes were due), and the Banking Fraud (assuming there is any), that will lead to prison time.

1. If Cory lives in the US... technically you shouldn't be wagering in the first place. Don't know what attorney would take your case?
2. You're suppose to sue where the business is located. Aren't they out of the country? So, you would need an attorney from that country.
3. And honestly... I wouldn't take your case unless I received half. So I hope you're expecting around $23,000 back? Plus, once you receive these funds... and word gets out. You'd be taxed on these earnings. So... you'll lose another $7,590 or so. When everything is said and done... you might NET $15,410.00 (that doesn't include other related expenses... airline tickets... meetings... transportation... time... loss of work... etc.)

Technically if a US judge wanted to prove a point to him... he could face small jail time 30-90 days. But, this case won't even happen anyways. His only decision would be to sue the operation on their turf. But it would be really expensive. You could hire an attorney locally here in the US to threaten EZ Street... but everyone is business minded in gambling... hard to break through ICE. Regardless, with all expenses and costs... You are right, but no US court cares about the PLAYER. They care about #1 the bank (processor). #2 The taxes on gaming (cory have you claimed EVERY WIN?) but that is an IRS issue, but sure one that the IRS would be notified of in a situation like this, #3 the book maker
Yup, and damn near impossible in a situation like this. Cory was in the US they were in CR during the VP session. Court cost and lawyer fees travel would be 3 times 46k, and that is assuming EZ and the RZ would AGREE to fly back and forth to the various courts, WHICH THEY WON'T.

EZ and RZ wouldn't need to spend a penny. No US judge/court is going to order then to take part in a trial in the US or Costa Rica. Yes Cory will spend mid/high 5 figures (no way it would be 6 with no actual trial), but EZ and RZ won't spend a dime. Why would they? US court can't order them to do shit, and Costa Rica could care less about Cory1111.

actually most states have laws against gambling and not just talking online. Most states are misdemeanors. Here is floridas law where i live.
849.08 Gambling.--
Whoever plays or engages in any game at cards, keno, roulette, faro or other game of chance, at any place, by any device whatever, for money or other thing of value, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083

Also, let me know if the 1-800-Lawyers is strong enough to defeat a multi-million dollar company (M.G) and also I am sure they would love to permanently blacklist your name for using their services to conduct gambling transactions (forbidden in their TOS) so at that point why would any lawyer even consider the idea of suing them?
