What future for the U.S. ban?

I myself am from Sweden (Europe) but I am interested in what bookmakers Americans prefer to play with now that bans appears to increase towards Americans. Im really worried too because this can affect european countries also.

And the next question. Do you believe that the bans will be taken forward? or is there a future and hope for the Americans to continue playing?

I really hope that there will be a turnaround. What do you think?

DIF you have to realize that you will never completely be able to stop American's from gambling online. Basically what has happened will continue to happen... banking methods will come and go and your money will always be at risk but really what has changed? Even before the UEIGA gambling offshore always contained risk. As for the future of it all? Well that is anyone's guess because of the way our country is run the answer may never come. Numerous bills always come up in various different states covering various amounts of online gaming and they are dismissed in a hurry. In our country the areas that are gaining momentum and power are Indian gaming and some states are exploring opening state run casinos and expanding brick and mortar gaming. So it is in the best interest of certain politicians to ensure online gaming stays where it is.

As long as money transfer services exist so will offshore gaming. Also as long as bookmakers act responsibly American's will continue to gamble... when books start folding on a monthly basis then I think you will see the steady decline of American facing books increase rapidly.
