The Feds are trying everyday to find a way to raid depositing companies and books that have USA customers. I refuse to risk anymore of hard earn income. The worst part they did not warn any customers that this was going down. Could of simply cashed out via shipped FED EX.

This isn't exactly new news. There's a reason why e-wallets have repeatedly been shut down while hardly any actual sportsbooks have.

Unfortunately, I think too many gamblers in the US were more concerned with the ease of using an e-wallet than the safety of using one. Needless to say, if a new one should pop up at some point in the future, I would strongly recommend staying far far away.

I have a sizeable balance there at QT that I have lost the quality of my normal life for the last 3 or 4 days.
I do not know where to go to get my money back. I am seeking anyone's good advice as well as any updated news on the QT situation and possibility of getting my money back !!!!

I was very much aware of the warning signs about QT withdrawals around May 16, but had nothing to do because my pending withdrawal for most of the balance from May 7th never reached my bank account and was returned to my QT in the Uncleared section around May 20th where I was not able to use the funds or access them until everything disappeared on May, 25. I appreciate any possible help especially from the great crew at sbr help desk.

Robbies: Right now there is very very little you can do aside from contacting the office responsible for the seizure of the funds. Even then nothing will occur other than maybe a polite e-mail reply. This is a situation where QT had the majority of their funds seized and they are insolvent so until those funds are released by the government "IF" they are released your money will be on hold by the US Government. A lot of people compare this to Neteller. The main difference is Neteller continued to operate after the seizure and in this case the company has just closed up shop entirely. I am afraid that even if the government would release the funds in say 6 months or so where would they release the funds to? Would the owners be honest enough to just open up to take care of players?

I realize this is an answer you will hate to hear but I would NOT count on receiving these funds. If you receive anything down the road consider it an unexpected surprise. Again though, really the only people to contact would be the office that seized the money. You could also explore doing a **********.

Per 2+2 forums, the Homeland security agent in charge has no idea where the funds are. And she PREDICTS that ***/QT took off and ran and was reasonably sure that the government does not have the funds. I believe she is checking for one of the posters there to see if the fake company has his funds, but she suspects not. ***/QT was not indicted. So far the agent(s) contacted appear to be helpful and concerned... rather this means anything will soon unfold.

I stuck my money into a site as soon as I heard about the problems with withdrawals. Much safer at a site then an ewallet. Hope you guys get your money back, Netellelr was eventually allowed to pay back everyone in the U.S. hopefully *** will be able to someday. It's going to take awhile to find out and to get your money back though so try not to stress too much. It's a shitty situation, GL guys

I am also getting tired of this crap. **** the government.

Which is why i never ever withdrawl via these things. I always do it directly through ** or check from the company. I never won a huge amount though. I deposit 20-50 at a time. But I really do doubt that this is their intention. They are trying to starve these sports books off from usa customers.
