1bet is legit, I have played some weeks with them and received withdrawal (mid 4 figure) promptly. They have no live chat, but e-mail customer service is very quick. However they have lowered their odds lately, odds are now lower than IBCBet / Dafabet / Mansion88. I don't know how much higher the limits are exactly, but higher than Mansion88 and much higher than 12bet.
I will open an account with Dafabet soon, and I will tell you if the limits are different

1bet actually does have a live chat. I used it when making a withdrawal, because I wasn't able to do that. They told me I have to transfer my money to casino first and there request the withdrawal.

This mob voided winning bets for me yesterday on the Russian Premier League giving the reason that they had the league name wrong - they had it as [RUSSIAN PREMIER LEAGUE] when they say it should have been [RUSSIAN PREMIER LEAGUE (PLAY OFF)]
The background on this is that the league has now split in two and the teams in the top half play each other twice and the teams in the bottom half do the same. I checked a few bookies and most were still referring to it as Russian Premier league only without the play-off moniker. I don't think there was any reason for this to be avoided and I think people would unanimously agree with that
I think the minimum requirement for such a trivial void would be at least an e-mail to tell me. Rather than me logging in after the event to find winning bets voided. I have asked them to re-consider their decision and payout the win.Comment -
1bet is the worst bookie ever. I deposit some money there and play. After I won and tried to withdraw money they told me that I need to make 5 times more than I played 1st time and play only on odds over 1.6 I will never play there. AVOID THEM BECAUSE THIS STUPID RULE. Even if you want to withdraw money with charges you need to play the same amount 3 times and make 3 times more than you played first time. Few days ago I open a dispute here on SBR with this damn bookmaker.
I tried to withdrawl in March and they told me I had not reached the rollover required.
Now I contact "live chat" for login problem and they have disabled my account for 6 months inactivity. They have forfeited the lying balance!!!!
I know many bookmakers apply fees for dormant accounts but 1bet does not allow my country's users even to log in!!!!

If you're in a not-allowed country, how did you even register? And how, considering the fact they have not added any additional territorial restrictions this last year, did you log in your account to deposit? And why would you wait over 6 months to continue with the rollover (which is only 2x your deposit by the way if I'm not mistaken)? They had restrict some countries after they were put on black list and fined by the local gambling authorities...so many clients may have opened account before the website was restricted in that country...I can give you as example Romania also...see below the black list applied/made the Romanian authorities, as all these platforms have offered gambling services illegally in Romania...I think that 99% of the websites which are registered in Curacao are on the black list.
