Hi,
10 bet have charged me 21 Euros for my Moneybookers widhdrawal wheras they sholud have charged me 1 Euro.
I have sent them several emails and they can’t be bothered to answer and give my money back.
I know 20 Euros is not much but this is about rules that they constantly keep breaking and do whatever they like.
My horror with 10 bet started a few months ago.
On 31th December 2007 I opened a thread in here because 10 bet unfairly cancelled my bets.
Since then 10 bet limited my stakes heavily, in some cases down to 1 Euro.
They cancelled many bets when the line went the way they didn’t like, even if the stake was 5 Euro.
Here is my withdrawal history in a nutshell.
On 12th December 2007 I made a 200 Euro withdrawal and they charged me 1 Euro.
On 13th January 2008 I made a 300 Euro withdrawal and they charged me 15 Euros. I sent them email asking why and received an immediate reply that it was fine as according to their rules. I checked them and indeed they could charge me up to 5 % for the second withdrawal within 30 days. It was my fault as I didn’t check their rules.
Before making a new withdrawal I read through all the rules carefully and decided to wait more than 2 months just to be on the safe side.
So on 21st March I made a 700 withdrawal and to my astonishment they charged me 21 Euros instead of 1 Euro.
Till now I haven’t received any answer.
After having sent 3 emails they finally replied on 28 March:
Your request has been forwarded to our Accounts Department. They will contact you shortly.
After a few days I wrote to them:
Hello,
How long will I wait till I get the answer to my simple Question.
Why have you charged me 21 Euros for Moneybookers withdrawals as according to your rules it sholud be 1 Euro?
Is it really such a problem for you to give me the answer. Just admit you must have made a mistake and give me 20 Euro back.
regards,
Maciej
They replied:
Your account is under review.
Again after a few days I wrote again:
How long will I still have to wait for the answer to my question about taking 20 euros charge for withdrawal without any reason?
Maciej
They replied:
You will be contacted shortly on this matter.
Again after a few days I ran out of patience and wrote:
Hi,
It's been 2 weeks already since I sent you my first email of complaint. Then I kept sending emails and you didn't solve the case.
You unjustly charged me 21 Euros for my Moneybookers withdrawal whereas you should have charged me just 1 Euros. These are your rules but you didn't stick to it.
I understand that it is nothing unusual to make mistakes but you simply don't bother to fix it.
I am a patient person but enough is enough.
I'm sorry to say that but you have stolen 20 Euros from my account and you are not willing to give it back.
If I don't get my money back in 2 days time I will write to IBAS and SportsBook Review and ask them for help.
I will quote them all the emails I have sent to you and your simple answers to them such as: "Your account is under review" or "You will be contacted shortly on this matter".
I look forward to hearing from you.
regards,
Maciej
And I received such a reply:
Your account is under reveiw.
I decided to tell you the story as I can’t see any other solution.
Can someone from SBR help me, please?
regards,
Maciej
