Why do decent books grow shitty branches?

When I was with Cris I never had a problem and always could get a line.When I got booted to BM the service went downhill.This Diamond branch couldn't hang a early line if their life depended on it.So what is the reasoning for a solid book to put these sisters out there that don't come near using their platform?Just looking for some explanation.TIA.

bookmaker , is the same book as cris, cris is for non u.s customers, i haven't noticed any difference, they both payout at the same time, and limits are similar

CS is the same and the numbers seem to be exact same. Now DSI with line management, risk aversion etc is different for sure.
