This shop has improved a lot over the past few months in terms of perceived safety. Their customer service is solid and their payouts are lightning fast. They also have very good limits. Their lines are much sharper than they used to be. I remember during MLB season their lines were so soft that I was afraid to even bet their games for fear of having my wagers canceled. Their lines are much sharper now, which is worse from a betting standpoint but better from a safety standpoint. It is less likely that BOL will be taking baths on wagers and therefore should be around for the long haul.

They been good to me. Their mobile is way better than their actually site. I never had trouble

Mobile is much better than their regular site especially now on my EVO. They do screw up alot on deposits and bonuses and their service is not always the best. Clark and Will are the best 2 Alex has working there if you need something handled quick. They have come a long way but as I explained to one of their clerks GREAT SERVICE is not patting me on the back and telling me what I wish to hear while you screw up my deposits. That is not the norm though. All in all they are pretty good but not yet hit the next level with the BetJams and the Bookmakers.

I do love BOL but have migrated more towards 5dimes of late just for this reason

I tried everything they told me to try including updating Java. As far as browsers go I've used Opera, Firefox, and IE. I am pretty sure with the number of people posting about the bugs in the site that the problem is on their end and not mine. I have zero problems elsewhere.
