Reasonable timeframe for email response about deposits
What is a reasonable response for an A+ rated book to get back to you about deposits? I emailed BetJam 8 hours ago asking if you can have an active account there and The Greek at the same time. I also requested deposit info. No response to the email..what is reasonable email response time before deciding to give somewhere else new business?

Yes you can... I have for years. They do sometimes not answer and just correct issue. In this case from a non member they put you on bottom of list as question is kind of silly...

No problems at all. I've had accounts with both for years.
In fact I don't know of any places which don't permit you to have accounts at their associated books.
I was running and betting simultaneously at Bookmaker, DSI and CRIS without any issues.
And I am currently running accounts with two other related books.
If they open up more sites they should be prepared for this to happen.

exactly....they really don't care as long as you follow rules and don't bet over max limits...

the only reason I maintained accounts at Bookmaker, CRIS and DSI was to triple my limits by betting simultaneously at all of them and never had a problem doing it

                    lol

they had all booted me from their rewards programs, labelling me "non-recreational" yet allowed me to do it and always paid without a fuss

they don't let anyone else do it (you can at first then they tell you to stop), though they are pretty stupid perhaps they didn't notice.

Over a day and a half and no answers for my three sent emails about deposit options. Like names for ** and such. I cant imagine depositing at a place that wont take the time of day to answer my questions about deposits. Anything that happens out of the ordinary, I could not imagine the timeframe if they would ever answer emails.

                          Thanks for all your inputs

Probably best to call or live chat if you need a quick response.
