possible stall tactics. I know for a fact they tend to slow pay on amounts that high. Had a problem few years ago trying to withdraw 2500 took about a month to get paid by check.

I haven't made a withdraw with them recently. Although I do have a substantial balance at the book. I hear they are getting better with payouts. Wire transfers are best. Avoid checks whenever you can with all books. That is my policy. Avoid the bounced check b.s

Check will come within 5 business days...as long as it's not your first one....then you will have to supply ID proofs in the form of drivers license and utility bills, which will slow the process down. If you need to supply those proofs, its best to scan and e-mail. Never fax as they frequently tell you quality is bad and need to resend.

I have found them to be very dependable the last 6 months.

This was the problem I was having. It was my first withdrawal and they required all kinds of documents. I kept sending and they said they didn't recieve it or it was clear enough. This went on for weeks and eventually I got paid.

I've had 3 wire transfers in the past 3-4 months, all ranging from 8K to 25K, and they only took a few days. I was very impressed to see a bank wire transfer arrive in less than a week.

I know someone who makes withdrawal via checks and they arrive within a week as well.

The OP is going to have to go through the pain in the ass process of getting his first withdrawal approved. That means sending in all of the documents already mentioned, and probably means someone at SBook will review his account. If he stays on top of the paperwork (which is admittedly a pain in the ass), then he will have no issues.

they haven't limited you when you have made that sorta money in such a short period of time?

They have limited me in various sports. Some of them I have $5 limits, some I have $20, some $200, and some I can still bet $3K. It depends on which sport/bet type.

They also made me a Platinum member

They have a great site. Easy to navigate and many betting options. I understand they have a bad rep here at sbr but in my experience they seem to be a good book. I think my original post in this thread may have been misleading. I was just giving my opinion on an experience I had with them a few years ago. I know they have improved on payouts but still not as fast and pain free as the other books I use.

I've have had about 4K in wire transfers over the last 30 days and have gotten them all within 2 business days. As long as all your documents are on file you should have smooth sailing. I too was worried when I took out my first $2,600 withdrawal. I'm a big fan of SB.com now and love the site. I know they get a bad rap on this site but I think they have made some changes and they treated me great so far.

Paid out in under 24 hours to moneybookers, no problems at all. Assuming you have completed any wagering requirements, just make sure you first have your I.D. verified to make sure there is less likely to be a delay.

Well Sportsbook.com was my first book i ever used like 6years ago been using them ever since. I will tell you the truth about them they have always been good to me except for that year when bush changed the laws on everyone, i remember having issues then with them having to wait for checks and such for a long time 3-6 months or so back then. But everysingle book to my knowledge had problems with getting there money back then. In the process of all that mess Sportsbook.com got a bad name and rep, just remember people complain and ramble on about how bad this and that. Like i said that was the only problem i ever had with them, after that i have never ever had any issues with them at all, if i requested a check, ***, or bank wire everything i recieved between 1-3 days. I don't really know why so many people still have a hard on for them. YOU WILL GET PAID BY SPORTSBOOK.COM i did that so people will see. They have from time to time some great bonuses,great poker room, i don't know about there casino as i don't use that, but all in all i like them as much as i like thegreek,matchbook, bookmaker. Some people might have something to say about my post here but this is my experience with them. I don't think anyone that uses them can say that they have not gotten paid by them, I would have to say that its a false statement because i have gotten paid a pretty nice sum from them over the years. I hope this helps and creates some faith with this book. Also my friends have got paid by them as well
