    Sportsbook.com "Loyalty" Bonus
So...I logged in to my Sportsbook.com account today and I see $20 sitting there in the form of a bonus. I didn't know what the heck that was all about, so I initiated a live chat and they informed me that it was a "loyalty" bonus....not sure what made me qualified exactly. However, it seems like they calculate rollovers much differently than other books....right?

Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are currently customer 1 in queue.
Hello, my name is Jason Murphy. I'll be assisting you today.
Jason Murphy: how may I help you?
ME: Hello Jason - I had a question for you. I noticed a $20 bonus in my account yesterday....which is great. But do you know why I received the bonus? And are there any rollover requirements prior to withdrawal?
Jason Murphy: Please hold for a moment while I look up your account...
Jason Murphy: Correct, I see here that we awarded you a $20.00 loyalty bonus. Any unused funds will be removed on June 7th.
Jason Murphy: You can use these funds on sports and casino, and standard rollover requirements apply.
ME: What are the standard rollover requirements?
Jason Murphy: We have a 20X rollover on sports and 35X on our casino.
Jason Murphy: The bonus rollover works as follows:

Let's say that you are awarded a $10 bonus with a times 20 rollover ($200). You make a bet for $25. $25 is 12.5% of $200, therefore 12.5% of the pending bonus (12.5/100 x 10 = $1.25) will be converted to cash in your account. (This is purely an example and does not necessarily reflect the activity in your account).
If your account balance reaches zero then it would be considered that the bonus has been lost and will no longer require playthrough.
Jason Murphy: Anything else I could help you with?
ME: Let me ask you this - lets say that I make a $20 straight sports bet and I WIN $20. That $20 is then converted to cash. Since there is a 20X rollover, do I then have to risk $400 in sports bets before I cash out?
Jason Murphy: For you to earn the $20.00 and turn it into available for withdrawal balance, on sports, you will have to bet $400.00.
ME: I see....your rollover requirements work much differently than other sports books. But, I am confused, since I have a $0 cash balance....how can I ever "earn" the bonus? Do I have to deposit more real money?
Jason Murphy: Yes, you have to make a deposit. However, if you bet using the $20.00 bonus, any winnings will be part of your available for withdrawal balance, and that will count towards the rollover.
Jason Murphy: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
ME: Ok...I think that makes sense. One more question for final clarification - Let's say I use the $20 bonus....and I win $400. If I then WAGER the $400 that I won....am I then clear of the rollover requirements?
Jason Murphy: Yes, in that case, you will be cleared,

ME: Ok...Thanks for all of your help.

way too much canned responces..., and 20x rollover for sports sounds like a lot... i asume that that is just for small bonuses.., but for $100 bonus its not that big... isn't it??

Seems like they are giving many types of bonus to their players. How come it's still rating d-? I don't see any negative reports lately?
