diamond and thegreek have ok bonuses(not so good odds) 5dimes doesnt have accounts in euros, this 3 are the only ones I recomend.

Having € as a currency is more important, although during the past couple of months I've deposited to some $ accounts due to the downswing of Euro.

It is very easy to learn US odds and there are tools to convert them to decimals if you don't seem to get the concept.
