PS3838 issue with refreshment of lines (has lasted for about 1 year now!!)

Issues of refreshment of lines/odds on PS3838 (Pinnacle for People using broker) started about 1 year ago. From that moment it's been a nightmare to use their website: odds that are displayed most of the time aren't the current and correct ones , some matches that started a while ago continue to appear, when one clicks on a selection there's regularly a bug and it takes a while to be able to place a bet. All that has already been signaled times and times to Pinnacle/PS3838 through agents (i contacted AC about 20 times about that concern), but nothing has never been done to fix the issue
After one year, what to do?? Would there be someone here working for SBR that could be in contact with pinnacle/PS3838 direction to discuss with them about that?

Its still terrible, with line refreshes showing old odds, wrong odds etc I've sort of learnt to live with it lol

the worst is when doing a parlay as it does not adjust odds auto and you have to hurry and cancel find again and re add to ticket

When the live odds come back with stale lines, I have to log out and back in.

I cant believe that its not a really easy fix. Must be an error with their server when it gets called for odds refresh.

When you put a selection in bet slip, those odds are always correct, adjusted there and then if necessary) so why cant they do the same for all the game lines

If only i had the answer... The worst is PS3838 (Pinnacle) completely deny they have a technical issue! Yesterday i decided once more to contact Pinnacle upline through my broker. My broker sent them several screenshots i had taken to clearly show the disfonctionment in lines refreshment and the fact some lines continue to be displayed whereas they aren't available in reality... I let you guess PS838/Pinnacle 's answer this morning...: "clear your browser cache and cookies" !!! Are they serious ?? These issues have lasted for one year now and all they say is "clear browser cache and cookies"?!? They ignore the issue and do a if the issue came from my computer/browser... How can they ignore that issue concerns all customers who use PS3838 ??
