    Bovada refuses to pay $30,300 money

    Bovada does not pay my money since February. I have a total of $30,300 in Bovada and they are not paying. I had around $17,500 and made a bet on a basketball game and won. Bovada made a fraud claim that I bet after the game had finished which is a complete lie and fraud from them. They are not even paying my $17,500 money that I had prior betting on that basketball game. They only pay when the money is small and when it is big they never pay. Stay away from Bovada because it is a complete scam.

    If you send in a sportsbook complaint form we can ask a a manger in there what's going on for you.

    If your bet WAS actually made after a game had finished, or even started, they would've voided that huge wager entirely already. It would take them all of 2 minutes to verify a past-posted wager.

    They instead blocked my account and sent me this email

At your convenience, please scan this information in either JPEG or PDF format and email to us at verification@bovada.lv.

    After I sent them all documents they asked they told me that the bet was done after the game had finished which is a total lie and they did not pay my money that was in the account

    I sent a form and got an email from Matt. Matt asked me which game was it and I replied back to him but it is already 7 days I did not hear anything from him

    You were asked to show your betslip several times in this thread before you say the account was locked.

    If you do not have that I am not sure what proof you could possibly supply to Matt so he can dispute that the bet was placed past post.
