    Bovada ***** back
    Bovada has temporarily disabled my account because they said there was a charge back on my account. I have deposited thousands of dollars with Bovada in the last couple months. I went through all of my statements and all charges have gone through. My bank has not rejected any of the charges. I tried to call back tonight but they said there financially department is only available 9-9 eastern time. Said they will call me back as soon as they open back up. Has anyone ever expierenced this? If so what was the outcome. I have two bets going tonight that are both going to be winners so should have around 1800.00 in there. Please help.

    Years ago I had an ee*e-chec*cckk to Bovada (Bodog) bounce and had winning wagers.

    They were very fair and allowed me to deposit again to cover the amount owing and I was good to go.

    I would expect that after you contact them they will unlock your acct and let you deposit via another method to cover the outstanding balance and you'll be up and running again.

      This was on my credit card. Nothing bounced. And it was not like it’s just 100.00. The charge went through on my card and never came back. I’m not paying money that I do owe.

        This exact same thing happened to me yesterday. I have tried calling their financial team and they couldn’t be reached. Supposedly they are going to call me back. What a weird coincidence thought that the exact same thing happened to both of us. This definitely seems like an error or a scam from their card processor.

          Any update since yesterday? Also the billing descriptor name was cahierop with a bunch of numbers before it. Any more details?

            I talked to the financial team and they said I have to wait 7-10 days to see if a credit is out back on my card. I talked to my bank and they said there was no charge back on my account and all charges were legit since I old them. Once the 7-10 days is up I have to send them a statement showing them there was no credit back on my card and they will go from there. What a bunch of crap.

                If you tell them you are willing to cover any deposit that hasn't been honored if you are mistaken, they might agree to re-enable the account in the mean time.

                If their payment processor has made an error hopefully they will compensate you in some way once it is over.

                  The processors that take my deposits have zero issues at all taking my money. They have never once had a problem taking my money. They make sure their processors are working every time I go to deposit. They have ALL of my money.

                    Exactly, they will do whatever they need to do in order to get the charge approved.

                      I have never had a problem I till now. Normally I do $200-300 deposits at a time. Seems like the first time I did a $500 deposit was the one time I had a problem. Also, it was a different processor.

                            Exactly. They are saying this is from March 13th. I have made several deposits since then. This has to be on there end. How does a charge from 2 months ago come back. Just a goofy situation. SBR can you help me out? I should not have to give them more money to get my account opened back up. I have deposited a lot of money the last two months. The reason I switched to Bovada is I got screwed out of 50 K from Top Bet.

                              Mine too. I was making a little run then all of the sudden two nights ago I was locked out. I bank with a world wide bank. There was no charge back. Something seems fishy. I am ranked as a all star 3 on there site if that tells you how much money I have in play. Im not betting 25-100 a game. It’s a lot more. I just do not get what’s going on. Pretty frustrated about the hole situation. There is nothing I can do since it’s offshore. Basically have everyone by the balls. It’s a win win for them.

                                Why is the title of the thread Bovada ****** back? Should be Bovada charge back. Is it so no one can search it to see what is going on. Charge is not a offensive word.

                                  If you send in a complaint form we can ask a manager to review it for you.

                                  I did not say you should send them money now, just assure them that you would do that if it turns out a deposit has been dishonored, whilst asking if the account can be re-enabled now.

                                    Well yeah If it came back to my account I would be more than happy to send them the money back. I offered to send my statement to them but Bovada said I have to wait 7-10 days. Like I said If it was 50-100 bucks I would just cover it but it’s more than that. I have deposited a ton of money in the last two months. All charges have gone through on my card. I have never screwed over the books. Seems like I’m usually the one getting the short end of the stick. My hands are tied pretty much. I will fill out a complaint form see if I can get it opened back up sooner than later. They could even hold my winnings until this garbage situation is over.

                                      Same thing happened to me last week. I am on day 8 of waiting.......I called and they said I have to wait the full 10 days......

                                                I am not the same person as OP. I actually found this thread by googling “bovada ********** disabled account”. I just happen to be going through the exact same thing.... if there is anything I can do to prove it, I will. I have screenshots. Anyway, I. Just trying to get this resolved.

                                                  Yeah this sucks, because I only use bovada and it’s right during NBA playoffs. So I talked to someone and they told me that I should see a credit in 7-10 days. I told him as soon as I see a credit in my bank account for the ********** that I will send a new payment in. The guy told me that my account has been disabled until I make payment: I told him that until I actually see the credit I wasn’t going to pay. He was actually really nice, and he totally understood me not wanting to pay until the credit was there. When I told him that I checked with my bank and they confirmed absolutely no ********** was initiated he said “that’s because **** (not my actual bank) is he one that probably flagged it for a **********”.... I talked to my bank and they told me that **** never initiated a ********** without confirming with the bank and the bank confirming with the customer. When he kept insisting it was **** and not the bank, I said “then wouldn’t I be able to contact **** and ask them about the **********.... he said I should be able to.... I have no idea on how to contact **** directly. Guess I will try looking up ****’s number..... however I’m sure they are going to tell me I have to check with my bank. My bank was 100% confident no ********** was done. This is super frustrating. And of course this happened right around the same time.... my charge was on March 15 and yours was March 13. And the exact same thing happened..... seemed like some card processor ripped me off or something.

                                                  Can anyone help me? I guess I am going to try and fill out that complaint form.

                                                    I filled out a complaint form and have heard nothing back yet. Yes I got the same story as you. Contacted my bank. They said this did not happen. Just an excuse for Bovada to temporarily disable an account. For what reason? I have no idea. I have cashed out 0.00 dollars with Bovada and deposited thousands in the last couple months. Hopefully we will get this resolved. Thought it was suppose to be a A sports book.

                                                      I mean.... at this point I am ready to ask bovada after 19 days, do I just ACTUALLY do a dispute and get a REAL **********, that way I will ACTUALLY get the funds back to make another purchase? Lmao, I mean I honestly don’t know what to do.... I don’t want to just blindly send them more money, especially after seeing this is happening to more people than just me.

                                                              Talked to Bovada again today. Story has changed. Back charge can take up to two billing cycles to show up on your account. What happened to the 7-10 days?

                                                                    About this so called back chargebackk. They said every one they have ever dealt with has been refunded. I find that hard to believe. Then I asked so do I send my statement after 10 days and there is no refund. She said oh could take as long as two billing cycles. They failed to mention that in the other conversations I have had with them. They are probably delaying the process so you do not try to do any chargebackks on recent deposits. The customer service agent was not very friendly and I have been very cordial towards Bovada given the circumstances. I also asked if this was just happening to customers in the United States. She proceeded to tell me those are there only customers. I said really you have no customers overseas? Her response No.

                                                                      Bovada banned me for life years ago for winning too much,I would cut off 1 ARM AND 1 LEG to be able to go back
