I'm newbie and i would really appreciate any help.

I thought that 1Xbet has some notoriety as i saw them sponsoring some football competition and i have decided to make a deposit of $ (Canadian) 600 by Credit Card
After placing some bets i reached a balance of $2880 and i have decided to withdraw my wins. Here the horror will start !!!

- The website is rejecting all my withdraws attempts through the same Payment method Master Card under the following reason : Payment denied by the operator. I have contacted my bank which is the National Bank of Canada and their security department confirmed me that they haven't denied any payment , they said even it has not been attempted.

- I said it's ok let me try Paypal :to be able to make a withdraw you should use this payment method previously ( Which is a common practice in the majority of online betting website. However with 1Xbet they will allow you to withdraw only the benefit coming from this payment method, so my won bet through Credit Card has been rejected again !!!!

Their customer service is simply incompetent, the are sending me the same message and my impression that it's just simply they don't want to pay me out which is ridiculous....
They are advising me to use another payment method and to make new deposit and to bet in order to be able to withdraw my balance.

It's simply misleading for the following reasons :

1) they want me to continue playing in order to get my payout ( which is my right).
2) the only way for me to get my money back ( probably) , it's to make a new withdraw and to lose it.

Again it's a very painful experience, any advise will be appreciated.

Need to deposi first. How old are you Vyasports,your post arent helping anyone. Just questions and assumptions. If you dont have something helpfull to say,just dont type.

All the withdraw methods needs to be used as a deposit first.

And according to 1betx the withdraw should be proportionel with the deposit, so you can only withdraw the wins related to your deposit.

It looks that i will never see my payout from Master Card but i won't give up.
I will start contacting their sponsors and the Media to make them aware about the misleading practices of 1xbet.

this $2880 will cost them so much in term of the brand reputation ( if they already have one and they care a littel bit)

It's all about the money, they don't care if it's dirty money or not. That can tell you something about how they all scream to promote fair play...what a joke!
