As we all know, most people only get online to post complaints towards sportsbooks - and many times, rightfully so.

However, I believe once you find an honest vendor, whether it be sports betting or anywhere else, positive reviews for good business should be written about just as much.

Ever since I seriously began sports betting (about 10 years ago) I have used several books but one has always stood out and is really the only place I trust - 5Dimes.

These guys get the ratings they have because of how they’ve treated customers over time. Of course there are going to be hiccups and maybe some poor customer service here and there, but overall there is no way I would ever give 5Dimes less than an A rating... A+ at most times.

Some people complain about slow payout times, others have issues with stall tactics - they’re a sports book and they’re dealing with (in most cases) degenerates who can leave funds untouched for a day or more just because they want action. To me, that’s just reading the crowd and good business.

Furthermore, in regard to slow payouts, it’s henerally because of all of the hands courier checks and names for ** and ** (which both are a racket in and of themselves because if you use them too many times, you get blacklisted). Trust me when I say you need to look into bitcoin and go that route.

Just this past month I made close to $30k on 5Dimes and even though I had to request payouts in increments of $10k each, there was never a time that the funds weren’t IN MY PERSONAL WALLET within 48 hours!

These guys just do what they say they’re going to do and are top of the top. And when it comes to an industry that has so many scam artists out there, why chance it?

You mean "can't. I'm not big on grammar but that's a big one.

I personally "can't" play anywhere that slow pays, because I will go play at the casino and maybe tank off all the money.

People can call me a "degenerate" or say I have no discipline, or whatever, but I know I won't play anywhere that slow pays. Because it hurts way too bad to win, and then end up with nothing, just because they won't pay quickly!

It's still my top 3 book even with the slower payouts, it's not a huge priority that I can't adjust to. I'm not liking the changes to live but it' still workable.

Just happen they said they didn't get my email verify, so I started the process over. Heritage would be only a couple hours during business hours,

I’ve had the same issues trying to get a payout request honored. Three requests in the past week have been declined because 5Dimes claims to have not received my email confirmation for my payout requests. Yet they have received other emails from my same account in the past. A phone verification or email should be sufficient, not both. I’m starting to feel like I’ll never see any of my deposits or winnings from 5Dimes.

I don’t understand how they still have an A+ rating here.

I had a second payout this month rejected because I didn't wait a full week, 6 days, to make my payout request. So I got into the bitcoin exclusive rating more in depth and after 2 years of nothing but bitcoin deposit and payouts (40+ total combined) I was still not exclusive. The reason, I hadn't let my balance get to 0, ZERO, not 14 cents, not $1.58, but ZERO. So I have to bring my balance to zero, and make a deposit 3 times in a row and then it still has to be approved by management. It seems a little silly to me but so be it.

They've mostly been good the past year but I've had bitcoin payouts rejected because "bitcoin not available for non-exclusive". Then they charge $80 for a check payout which takes a week. Bitcoin exclusive is just a stall tactic IMO.

So I did get my $4000 payout it took a week , I wish 5dimes would have a better payout process. But I will say there CS is top notch, very friendly to talk on the phone with. They have issues with certain emails, I've always used yahoo but now created a gmail account to use next time with them. They say they never have problems with gmail accounts.

I have learned that the second you make your BTC withdrawal you can call in yourself to take care of the phone verification process (as long as you're calling from the phone listed on the account). Doing this has really made everything go a lot smoother for me in the recent past.

Best thing I can say is get on their dime with a few larger plays that you're extremely confident in and then hit them hard with their own money.

Relax... the trolls here will work hard to find any reason to try to get under your skin. Fact is that they are jealous you have some nice fat payouts because they cannot do that.

I have been with 5dimes about as long as you have. I have learned all of the rules and roadblocks you are talking about. They are actual policies, and they are there for a reason. They will pay you just work within their rules. If you think you have a better alternative then go for it. But I would not until they start to limit your action. And they will if you keep hitting them with regularity.
