    The other two people complaining of a similar slow pay problem were also paid 1 day after SBR contacted the Betzest owner as well.

    Hello Guys,

    I have the same problem as below....
    There are no options to pay out,
    No ****
    No **********
    No netteller
    No skrill!
    Since december the support says an update is been evaluated, i read in the forum they saying this to everyone at any time.
    What can I do to get a payout if my bankroll?

    I made a complaint @askgamblers on saturday.
    Today betzest contact me and after sending some documents they transfered my full amount on my bank account.
    Askgamblers is need to be recommended.

    my friend has same problem now. Stuck with 700eur on account(unfortunately). Her account was already verified(ID, Neteller and residency) when they requested an extra verification. Which means ID, Selfie with ID and todays date plus betzest written on A4 paper, neteller 3 months statement and utility bill which is something she does not have because all the utility bills she receives are not under her name but the landlords name. So she sent a bank statement(3-months) with around 10 transactions which they refused because "too little amount of transactions" for verification purposes etc. This happened on 08. march. 11. march, new documents were submitted but still no answer on their behalf. Chat support says that finance apartment will get in touch once the process is done but cmon, no deadline or anything. Just it takes some time.

    Shes not very fond of this response so now im asking, is it ok to wait for their answer and have patience or submit a complaints? I mean i saw the email conversations and they seem real amateurs(even answered wrongly to email; wrote Mr gentleman name instead of her name). Pluss all the other documentation which proves her residency, they dont seem very keen to accept.

    Update:

    Betzest closed account, let her to withdraw 200(original deposit) and nullified winnings simply because her account was identified as being linked with another customer doing group bets and through other actions.
    I will let her to make a complaint regarding with issue.
