I’m currently unable to login at Betonline. I’ve called their support several times and each time they have told me I need to do a password reset. After explaining I’ve already tried that, and going through the steps again they tell me it’s escalated to the Upper Management Team and I will receive an email in 24 hours. This has been going on for some time and I never get an email and continue to restart at square one.
I’ve never been told anything else and at this point I’m not sure what else I can do. Any suggestions?
