    i win about 1000 €.
    my agency say "your account is being reviewed"

    what can i do?

    Be patient, wait 3-4 days, always try to be loyal to your betting agency.
    Don't share little problems between you and your agency with public.

    No, when it cleans up - cash in immediately. Anybody that needs to do a 4 day review needs to get off their dead butt and get it done or keep their mouth shut. This could have been done overnight by somebody working late. If you cannot trust them with a dime - how can you trust them with 10K.

    Loyalty? really? they just jerked this player around-they were not very loyal and trusting to the player!

    could be IP issue log in from restricted country....That happened to me but agent cleared up quickly and account opened
