    I have a Problem in NitrogenSports Site.

    On feb 7 i deposit some coins and then i won a little after that I'm planning to withdraw last 2-13. But nitrogen cancelled my withdrawal. The support told me im on security review and i dont know why. I didnt play poker. I'm only using my ipad and cellphone to open my account. I got 2fa athentication. The support told me that i should wait for 72hrs. So i said okay 3days is okay but this is the 4th day that my account is still in freeze and they told me not to bet. They haven't found any result in their investigation. For 2yrs using this site this is the first time happen to me? Is this normal? I hope someone will help me here.

    After they didnt meet the 72hrs period.
    They said that.

    I have had withdrawals canceled for security check too...Mine have been due to traveling around for work and requesting withdrawals from a different IP then my home area...I too have 2 Fa auth to log in....They have always cleared up as they ask me to send a message with my home IP address... They should have told you what the issue may be as that many days is unreasonable....It may be due to the site maintenance issue and maybe your balance was off in your favor as I did see some peeps in chat talking about balance was wrong....Please Update with any info asap

    I checked my balance and its in right amount. Can you withdraw now or your account is on hold?

    its been a while since it happened to me but they always cleared up...happens when I request withdrawals from IP i don't normally use...raises there security alert...

    One of the primary owners of Nitrogen very recently sold their stake. Seems like there could be some solvency issues at Nitrogen. Aside from the 2 complaints here, there are a few people who were having withdrawals frozen and cancelled in chat recently when that was never happening before. Hopefully SBR can help both of you.

    Atleast you know whats the reason why you cant withdraw. In mine condition they didnt tell me whats wrong and how long will i wait. Thats why i post here in sbr so if theres any employees in nitrogen reading this. Please message me.

    Its a couple isolated ones and one is poker related...I dont see a mass rash of issues....All sites have complaints...I think the only big issue is the non transparent investigation...At least say what they may be investigating....I have feeling its due to the recent maintenance and if you played casino/poker there could be a balance issue that did not update...that's just a thought

    i didnt play any poker or casino in my account. So what do you think is the problem?

    Thats why im waited for 72hrs. But i really want to bet and withdraw some coins. So i can pay my bills. This is the first problem i had in nitrogensports.

    Actually im really shock about my streaks too. This is my longest streak i ever had. I always lose in nitrogen. Do you think this is the reason why they cancelled my withdrawal?

    I'd say its an odds on bet that its due to possible past post time wagers...Not saying it was done intentionally but many of those sports and Live wagering are time sensitive and could of been up for wagering when they should of been closed...Plus the fact that your streak is pretty nuts and probability scale says near impossible...Seriously those are parlays probability says that kind of streak is basically impossible

    So i've been investigated for having a nuts streaks? I hope this investigation will be finish soon. I want to bet already.

    I have no idea. They still finding whats the issue of my account. They never told me whats the real problem. I never violated any rules in nitrogen as far as i know.
